Q:

What is detailing?

A: Detailing is a specialized process of keeping your vehicle, as much as possible; in the same showroom condition as the day you bought it!

Q:

How often should I detail my vehicle?

A: Consider detailing your car whenever you get your oil changed. Detailing depends on the wear and tear of your car and your expectations of how you want your vehicle to look.

Q:

How can I tell if my car needs to be waxed and/or polished?

A: Here are two tests you can use to evaluate the paint condition: 1. After washing and drying the car, run your hand lightly along the upper surfaces of the car. The surfaces should feel very smooth. If you detect rough spots or feel drag, the car needs a wax. 2. Spray water on the car. If tight beads appear this means that the paint has the proper amount of protection. If the beads are loose, there is not enough protection on the car, if there are no beads, there is no protection on the car and a wax should be applied immediately.

Q:

Why should I choose detailing as opposed to just washing my car?

A: Detailing does more than merely clean your car. It preserves or, as the case may be, restores its original beauty through thorough, professional processes involving bug, tar, sap, lime removal, tire and rim treatment, interior leather and vinyl conditioning, carpet and headliner shampooing, wet sanding, waxing and applied protectants that keep your car's paint job looking just-off-the-production-line fresh. Moreover, regular detailing extends the life of your car and actually adds to its value.

Q:

Can scratches be removed from my paint job without my vehicle having to be repainted?

A: 1) Light surface scratches can be removed by compounding the surface of affected area. 2) If scratches have only gone through one or two coats of clear, they can be wet sanded out. 3) If scratches have gone completely thought clear coat, then the vehicle will have to be repainted.

Q:

What types of stains can be removed from my vehicle?

A: Many stains can be removed or diminished using the state of the art system, Aqua Air. Examples include coffee, dirt, grease and food stains.

Q:

I have a pet and his hair is everywhere. Can his hair be removed from my interior?

A: Pet hair is no problem. We hunt down every hair and remove it with our Aqua Air system and by hand. Your interior is left hair free.

Q:

What is service your way?

A: Our detailing service can be customized to your individual needs. If you would like us to concentrate on a certain area our professional team will adjust to your needs.

Q:

Q:

How long does the service take?

A: 1/2 day to full day depending on the job at hand.

Power polishing

A 1,2 or 3 stage power polishing is conducted to the entire body of the vehicle.

Full wax and sealant is applied to the vehicle giving the vehicle a glossy shine which also works as paint protection.

Shine, protection, and dressing of wheels and tires

Final touch ups of non-paint surfaces

To ensure that no stone was left unturned, a final touch up of all non-paint surfaces is done. This includes the muffler and front grill.
