From the moment you stepped onto our block, the vibes were set, and Detailz was the place to be on October 8th!
When it comes to furnishing a party, no one does it quite like Detailz. But this time, we took it one step further. We hosted, we planned, we executed, and we partied with the best of the best in the industry.
The idea was to create an unforgettable evening for our beloved clients—one where they got to be the guests of honor for a night!
Kicking off the evening, guests entered through the architectural arches of chairs where they had the option to choose how they wanted their experience to begin: dark and moody or light and airy.
Once inside, this industry studded soiree included curated details and captivating settings—but let’s be real—it wasn’t just about the furniture. The night also featured sophisticated sips, social snacks, chairs suspended from trusses, and if that wasn’t dramatic enough, just wait—there’s more!
Florals: The architect of florals himself, Frank Rea (Forget Me Not Flowers), brought the event to life, creating artfully engineered blooms and bold botanical installations.
Food & Drink: Guests indulged in roaming canapés and curated bites from culinary trendsetters, The Food Dudes, complemented by immersive cocktails from the masters of mixology, BarChef.
Entertainment: Elevating the experience, BELLOSOUND set the tone, amplifying the mood with cool beats and ambient energy that transformed each room into its own unique vibe.
Draping: We can all agree, drapery is having a moment. Leave it to Enzo Mercuri Designs to elegantly drape the spaces, adding a taste of drama and visual impact.
Strike a Pose: Ready for our close up. 515 Photo Co. captured everyone’s good side…and good outfits. Our guests know how to show up and impress!
Vinyl: Vinyl guru JKB Designs Co. curated the finishing touches to tie everything together.
Tech/AV: The industry peeps know, a killer tech crew can make or break the show. Epiq Vision knew the drill and spent days behind the scenes making sure every light, sound, and pixel hit just right.
Little Detailz: You know who we are, but in case you forgot a face, Designs by MK created the coolest name tags to spot a Detailz team member in the wild.
Furniture: Dare you ask…
To keep the night feeling magical, guests moved between rooms through the space where our most prized possessions are kept—the real stars of every event: our furniture! Down the draped aisles of the warehouse, wandering eyes caught glimpses of the love and care our team puts into every piece. From sanding bars to reupholstering sofas, spot-lit stations revealed the behind-the-scenes craftsmanship that keeps our collection event-day ready. We’ve never met a Bissell Cleaner we didn’t love!
Sales, operations, warehouse, owners—if there was ever a dream team, this was it. Each crew worked their magic (and maybe a little overtime) to give our clients a night worth talking about.
